Favignana è la maggiore delle isole Egadi, ad ovest di Trapani. L’isola è grande circa 37 kmq e la sua popolazione è di poco più di 4000 abitanti. In estate la sua popolazione esplode, superando in agosto oltre i 40.000 passaggi.
